Delivery location

Select your U.S. state in the Buy Now form. Our team will confirm whether the product can be delivered to your location before payment.

Processing & timing

Product availability, order processing time, shipping method, estimated delivery range and any shipping charge will be provided in the written order confirmation.

Address accuracy

Customers must verify the complete delivery address during order confirmation. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivery inspection

Inspect the package and product promptly after delivery. Keep the packaging and labels if you need to report damage or a defect.

Returns

Returns and replacements are limited to damaged or defective products under the separate Refund & Replacement Policy.
